Privacy Policy

Dayworld is a personal daily-tracking app — meditation, focus sessions, daily to-dos, and planetary positions. It is designed to be private by default, and this site is built the same way.

What Dayworld stores

Everything you enter in Dayworld — meditation minutes, focus sessions and reflections, focus tags, and daily to-dos — is stored locally on your device, in the app's own storage area. The developer operates no server for your data and has no access to any of it.

Optional Notion sync

Dayworld can optionally sync your entries to a Notion database that you own. This happens only if you paste your own Notion API key and database ID into Settings.

Optional Apple Health and Apple Calendar

On iPhone, Dayworld can optionally copy two kinds of record into Apple's own apps on the same device. Both are off until you turn them on in Settings, each is a separate switch, and iOS will ask your permission the first time. The app is the record and these are copies of it — nothing in Dayworld depends on what is in them.

This website

dayworld.space is a set of static files. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts — nothing on the page is loaded from anywhere but this domain.

What Dayworld does not do

Children

Dayworld is not directed at children under 13, and collects no data from anyone — including children.

Data deletion

Deleting the app deletes all locally stored data. If you used Notion sync, your synced entries live in your own Notion database — delete them there if you wish. If you used Apple Health or Apple Calendar sync, those copies live in Health and in the Dayworld calendar respectively; deleting that one calendar removes every event the app wrote.
